Recordings and Use of Online Classes:
By participating in our online classes, you acknowledge and agree that sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. These recordings may include audio, video, and other materials presented during the class. Recordings may be used for the following purposes:
- Providing access to students who are unable to attend live sessions.
- Educational purposes, such as creating study materials or additional resources.
- Promotional activities, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, marketing materials, distribution on other platforms, and sales as standalone courses.

If you do not wish to be recorded or have your likeness used for these purposes, you have the option to keep your camera turned off during class. Please note that while turning off your camera will prevent your video from being recorded, your participation in discussions and activities may still be captured through audio.

Artwork Display:
Art created during our classes may be showcased on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other platforms for promotional purposes. This may include photographs or digital representations of the artwork, along with the artist's name or pseudonym, unless you request otherwise.

Memberships:
Your membership begins on the day of purchase and is valid for 30 days, 12 months, or 24 months, depending on your membership. You have unlimited access to specific classes within the time period of your membership.
Basic membership includes Painting Courses on Mondays, Essential Drawing Course for Beginners on Tuesdays, Drawing Courses on Wednesdays, and access to class recordings in that tier, past and present.
All Access membership includes everything in Basic plus Advanced Coaching on Thursdays & Fridays, and Figure Drawing on Saturdays, and access to class recordings in that tier, past and present.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership period until you choose to cancel it. If you are signing up for a single month, you must turn off auto-renew when you enroll in a membership, otherwise, your membership will be automatically renewed. Those with a valid membership will not be subject to price increases for as long as they're a member.

Active Member Fee / Freezing Policy:
If you must take a break from classes and would like to retain your current membership rate, you can freeze your membership for $15/month. That fee preserves your current member status so when you’re ready to return, you will pay the same membership rate as when you first enrolled.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your membership, you must send an email to hello@primamateriainstitute.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line no less than 3 days prior to your renewal date. Otherwise, your membership will be canceled in the next billing cycle. Calls are not accepted to cancel a membership. If you need to cancel your membership, you will be charged the new higher fee upon returning to classes, if applicable.

Family Add-On:
Active members can add family members that live under the same roof to their same membership plan for $50/month. In order to be eligible for the Family Add-On, both the primary active member and the subsidiary account holder of the family must reside at the same address. If the active member puts their membership on hold, the family add-on membership will automatically be put on hold. If the active member cancels their membership or stops paying the Active Member Fee, the family add-on membership will automatically be canceled. Prima Materia Art Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Family-Add on service immediately and at any time if you fail to meet the eligibility criteria and as otherwise set out in the Prima Materia Art Institute Terms and Conditions.

Art Portfolio Program:
Your program begins with your first class. The program consists of unlimited access to classes and recordings, monthly one-on-ones, and Portfolio-Only time after every class, for one year. Refer to the Portfolio Program Welcome Packet to see all that's included.

Refund Policy:
Prima Materia Art Institute does not give refunds for Memberships, Programs, Recordings, or Courses.

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to the terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of those changes.
